At NexusMind, we prioritize the integrity of the data passing through our hub. All conversational data is siloed and encrypted to prevent cross-contamination or unauthorized access.

Third-Party Integrations

When you connect WhatsApp, Instagram, or other platforms, we only access the data required to facilitate your configured flows. We do not sell or share this data with outside entities.

User Rights

Clients have full rights to request data exports or permanent deletion of their interaction logs at any time via the management portal.
